Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for products that are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Items must be in resalable condition.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@royalmist.co.ke or reach out via WhatsApp. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Items ordered on clearance or final sale are non-returnable. Used, damaged, or significantly altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
